Looks good, Live Chat and Support Phone image/links dont go anywhere though.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, the live chat isn't working currently, we haven't decided what software to use for it. However, the phone support image isn't supposed to go anywhere, just informational purposes :)

It's a little annoying that the "check out our new website" bar scrolls in slowly (maybe 3 seconds in IE 8) after a long delay, pushing everything down. It can make the site harder to read, and buttons harder to click. If you did this using an absolutely positioned DIV, it wouldn't make the whole page scroll down, and would be less obtrusive.

We made the page go down on purpose after a delay, but I didn't realize it was annoying. Thanks for the feedback, we'll make some changes.
