Unable to Login to Cpanel/access index place holder site

Hello,

I am unable to log into my cpanel, webmail or even go to the index/cgi place holder site. All I get is a error message saying that server is taking too long to respond. I have tried with both Firefox and Safari. This has been like this for at least 24 hours.

Server is: iGolf
Domain is: phoneqol.net

Your IP was blocked by the server firewall for a security reason (e.g. mod_security errors or multiple cPanel login failures).
