As many of you use Fantastico, in order to quickly install popular open-source scripts such as Wordpress, you may be interested to know there is likely a better product in the market called Softaculous.

We are now considering offering this cPanel addon to our clients, but need to know whether it would be worth the investment. A demo is available below:

There are a total of 108 scripts offered, while Fantastico only offers 50.

If you like the scripts you see, especially compared to Fantastico, and its ease of use, please reply to this thread or email us at info[at]polurnet.com to vote for the software. If enough interest is shown, we will introduce this software as an alternative to Fantastico on all servers.
